Hello Again. . .

So it’s been about 5ish months since my last post which is rather embarrassing! Life got away from me with wedding planning, then getting married, a fabulous honeymoon and getting back into the swing of life.

In my time away from the blog, I’ve thought about it non stop. I’ve thought about what I want to create, what I want to share and the life I want to lead. I’ve realized that I’m constantly trying to find BALANCE in my everyday life. I balance out my Friday night homemade pizza with being healthy the whole week and with working out. I balance my workouts by switching them up so I don’t get bored with only going to Planet Fitness. I balance being a good wife by being a great friend to my girls and vice versa. Ok you get the point…

As women, I feel like we struggle with saying yes to everything and feeling guilty for letting someone down but sometimes we just have to. I want to share tips with you on how to make a fab dinner in 30 minutes, how to be a great friend if you feel like you are struggling with that, and some fitness tips that have helped me keep weight off the last few years.
