It’s a new month, which means it’s another visit to the food truck park for Tasty Tuesday! Last month I got Koagie Hots, and this month I got Muiishi Makirritos which was a mix between Mexican burritos and Asian. I got the Bibimbap and it was so good. It’s supposed to have pickled cucumbers, takuan (I don’t know what that is), kimchi and mushrooms but I’m boring and picky so I nixed that.
Brandon and I officially booked our wedding! We are getting married on May 7, 2017 at The Carriage House in Conroe, TX. I couldn’t be more excited to marry Brandon and this BEAUTIFUL venue.
This is not the best picture but last night I made Shrimp Thai Green Curry for dinner. It was good, but I don’t think there will be many more curry dishes made at Parsamo Estates.
After work we are heading up to my old stomping grounds of Plano, TX to see my sweet friend Casey aka CC marry her best friend. . . and eat Sour Cream Chicken Nachos at Cafe Gecko in Austin Ranch. I’m so thrilled to celebrate this wonderful day with her and her new husband!
Now, it’s time to beat the Houston traffic and get to Dallas!
